Kelly Tarlton's SEA LIFE Aquarium regards environmental sustainability as being an integral aspect in all of our business operations.
At Kelly Tarlton's SEA LIFE Aquarium, we are committed to
protecting New Zealand's unique aquatic animals and their
habitats.
We actively promote conservation, sustainable use and
enhancement of the local and global environment for both present
and future generations.
We endeavour to honour this commitment through leading by example
and raising awareness through our exhibits, conservation
initiatives and education programs, as well as partnerships with
communities and businesses.
As an aquarium, Kelly Tarlton's acknowledges the importance of
leadership by example and has grown increasingly aware of the need
for our business to demonstrate corporate responsibility and to
function at an environmentally friendly level. Kelly Tarlton's has
therefore constructed initiatives such as the Turtle Rehabilitation
Programme, The Green Team, and beach clean ups, to ensure this
ensues.
As a result, Kelly Tarlton's is proud to be 'Qualmark Enviro
Green' certified.
